This weekend Ella found her voice. She was squealing and cooing a ton. Then today she lost it. Her voice is fading- she is a little horse. It is partly due to all the talking she has been doing, but also due to the fact that she cried a lot today. Ella had her 4 month shots today. Needless to say, she didn't like them at all. And in true DIVA fashion.....she acted like a drama queen well after all the pain was gone. It was sad, but funny. Other than that, her appointment was great...she is in the 75% for her height and 75% for her weight. Dr. Arca told us she was doing relly well- that she is as big around as she is tall- she is well proportioned. She started rice cereal tonight and as soon as we master spoon feeding, we can start baby foods. We will see how well she does.
After we got home it was such a beautiful day, we went on a walk around the lake. We loaded up Hudson, Ella, and Dixie. It was fun until the last 10 minutes. We were on the home stretch and Dixie has a little bit of an asthma attack (she is fine). While we were waiting on Dixie to calm down, Hudson decided that he wanted to push his tricycle the rest of the way home, but it isn't the easiest thing to push. So, when we tried to help him, he didn't like it. He is so independent. Needless to say, Paul ended up carrying a crying Hudson the rest of the way, pushing the tricycle, and wrangling Dixie. It was a site to see.
Getting ready to go.Ella, ready? Hudson, ready?
Let's go fast, Daddy!!!
I am enjoying watching everything outside!!! Don't I look like a big girl!!
