Hi blog-family. I know it has been a while, and for that, I am sorry. Things have been crazy busy with new jobs, new daycare, and just day-to-day life. So, with a SNOW DAY today, I thought I would update!! Thursday morning around 2:00am, it started snowing at our house. It didn't stop for 24 hours. How crazy....we ended up with over a foot of snow on the ground and a SNOW DAY- out of school Friday and then President's Day on Monday- a FOUR day weekend!! The roads weren't bad at all, but they are slushy. Here are a few pics of our fun SNOW DAY!!

A little later that night, Dixie tried to navigate the snow. She was so cute trying to 'run' around, but the snow pretty much covered.

Friday morning we put on our 'snow gear' (rain boots, cowboy boots and coats) and headed out to play in the snow. Ella had a little trouble making it through the snow, so Daddy helped her out!!
Hudson started a snowball fight with Daddy and even got a few good ones in on Mommy!!

Hudson and Ella: Sounds like you might need to ask for snow gear next Christmas!! What a great family day of playing in the snow! Miss you guys!
